Shop Policies
Turnaround time for custom orders is noted at the top of the website. I do my best to keep within the date stated. At times, due to being the sole proprietor and artist, I may have delays. When you make a purchase, you are agreeing to the ESTIMATED turnaround times. I do not refund for delays.
I respect each clients time and patience as they wait for their custom order, therefore I do not offer rush items. Please know that when I get to your order, it is my sole focus- my whole heart and all of my talent is put into it. It is very special to me, and my goal is to always make it especially magical for YOU.
Ready to ship items ship within 1-2 business days. All of my orders ship through USPS priority mail and usually arrive within 2-3 days of shipping. You will get a notice of your item shipping through email along with tracking. If for some reason your item is lost in the mail, please contact me and I will do everything within my power to help get it to you. USPS follows a 24 day waiting period for lost item replacement, which in turn, I must follow as well. I will remake your item if necessary, after the waiting period. (I have never had any issues with lost items FYI)
You will be contacted through e-mail to start the design process of your custom order when I’m close to starting it. Make sure I am not in your spam folder. If for some reason I cannot get a response from you within 24 hours and your item is up, I will skip your item and keep moving through the list.
You are responsible for giving me the correct shoe size. I highly advise physically trying on the same brand of shoes before telling me your size. All shoe brands fit different, it is best to know how the shoe will fit and make sure it's comfortable.
Due to limited storage space, I sometimes wait until your product (handbags, backpacks) is closer to me working on it to order. At times, brands (such as Fossil, Dooney) will change what they offer, and the product is no longer available. If this happens, I will search for a product as close to the original sold, in both price and size, as a replacement canvas.
There are NO refunds on custom orders or ready to ship items.
CANVAS PAINTINGS:
I hold the right to make prints of any artwork I create. Meaning if it’s your order, you will always receive the original painting, but I may make prints to sell of that painting, if applicable to my customer base.
TUMBLERS:
Tumblers are a handcrafted, multi-step, piece of art. Each one takes days and sometimes over a week to make. Because they are handcrafted, you may find small anomalies such has random glitter, specks of paint (my own personal signature LOL), or small imperfect areas in the epoxy. This is normal.
Hand wash only, no abrasives as they will scratch the epoxy, if you drop or bang the cup it will break and crack, this also makes dents in the cup and they cannot be repaired. High heat or exposure to sun will make white cups yellow, do not leave your cups in a hot car, do not microwave or put in dishwasher. Extreme external cold will also hurt your cup, never put it in the freezer. Always use the the cup with the lid and straw to protect the upper edge.
