FAQ'S

Q: Can I send you my own items to paint?

A: No. Since dirt, grease, or sticky substance's can all interfere with the adhesion of the paint, I use brand new items to paint on. All of my items are ordered directly from the manufacturer. It is also too difficult to keep track of items shipped to me from clients, and I don't want the responsibility if somehow they are lost in transit.

Q: Should I worry about my painted items getting ruined?

A: All of my paints and sealers are made for you to use and wear! They can go into water as well, so no worries if you get caught in a downpour, your painted items will be perfectly safe.  All items come with a care card that include easy care instructions.

Q: What paint do you use?

A:  Since I am a business and not a tutorial page, I focus all of my energy into running it and taking care of my clients.  If you would like to learn how to paint items, please check Google or YouTube, as I don't answer those questions.

Q: What if I don't know my shoe size?

A: Correct shoe sizes are the responsibility of buyer. There is no returns or refunds for wrong shoe size. I advise to go and try on the styles I offer to make sure you get the right size.

Q: Do you do waiting lists?

A: No. Due to need and demand, I cannot keep track of or manage a waiting list.  I only do orders as a first come, first serve basis.

Q: How long are your wait times?

A: All wait times are noted under the "details" section of the item.  This time can fluctuate shorter, or longer. If it goes longer, I will notify via social media that my wait time has extended.  I always try (and am usually ahead of) to keep on my schedule, but certain circumstances are unpredictable and may need to be attended to. 

Q: Will I see a preliminary sketch drawing of my design?

A: All designs are done organically, and directly on the item. I am a freehand painter, so I never do sketches on paper, or on the item beforehand. (I would also have to charge for my time doing the sketch, so it keeps prices as is)

Q: What if I need my item as a "rush item."  

A: At this time, there is no room in my schedule for "rush items."  All time estimates can be seen under the details to get an idea of when your purchase will arrive. If you have ordered and want to know if it will arrive before a trip, please let me know at time of purchase, and I will see what I can do to work with you on the date. 

Q: Can I get the same art as you have done before?

A: All artwork is one of a kind! (unless it is a scene directly from a movie, those can be repeated). This keeps each owner having an original piece of art. I can make adjustments to a previous design though, and make it personalized for you.

Q:  Do you charge for glitter? 

A:  LOL! (I can't believe I even get that question) No, I don't, and never will, charge for glitter. You'd have to be a true villain to charge for pixie dust!  However, all items DO come with glitter - unless you've told me not to include it.  So beware! All items come with a sprinkle of magic!
